You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use AR Wedding Card. By using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.

Ever After provides a web-based augmented reality digital card solution for weddings, events, and celebrations, allowing customers to view cards in AR via QR codes. Features may include card management tools, analytics, and optional AI-powered recommendations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. - All information provided must be accurate and up to date. - You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

- Ever After is offered on a subscription basis. - Fees are billed in advance according to the selected plan. - Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. - We may change pricing or plans with prior notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service.

You agree not to: - Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose - Upload misleading, offensive, or infringing content - Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Platform - Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service

You retain ownership of your card content, images, and branding. By using Ever After you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display your content solely for providing the Service. We own all rights to the Platform, software, AR technology, branding, and design.

AI-based features (such as card recommendations or insights) are provided for assistance only. We do not guarantee accuracy, sales improvement, or customer behavior outcomes.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, access to the Service will end.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ever After shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ever After from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

The Service may integrate third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party services or their content.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
